APPLY
Submit the online application and supplemental documents. Includes a non-refundable $100/child application fee.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to create an account on our Admissions Platform. For instructions on creating an account, visit the SchoolAdmin Parent Portal Help Center.

VISIT WITH OUR VICE PRINCIPAL
Prospective K-8 students will meet with Vice Principal, Caitlin Elsner for an assessment. Typically, once complete, families will be notified of acceptance within a week.

TUITION ASSISTANCE (Optional)
St. Catherine School is committed to making Catholic education accessible to all families through our tuition assistance program. To apply for tuition assistance, please complete the Fulcrum Foundation Aid Application.
Admission decisions are made independently of tuition assistance awards.​

IMPORTANT DATES for Preschool & Kindergarten Applications
Priority application period for current families and parishioners for the 2025-26 school year.
OCT. 3 - OCT. 31 2024
NOVEMBER 4 2024
Completed applications are processed. Kindergarten
assessments are scheduled; Preschool acceptance notifications are made.
FEBRUARY 2025
Registration kick-off for the 2025-2026 school year.
FEBRUARY 21 2025
Registration deadline.
Applications for Grades 1st-8th Grade are accepted on a rolling basis based on class capacity.
